handed over Rs 1,51,000.00
to Miss Puspa Basnet , Chairman ECDL at KTM. The money was collected
from charity dinner which was organised on 13th November 2010.

Rotary
Club of KTM West
Dr Hira Shrestha, a retired gynaecologist and active member of
rotary club of Kathmandu west had participated NDA (UK) XXV AGM in
August 2010 (Leicester). Dr Shrestha had made an appeal to NDA
members to help for old people's home supported by her charity. With
active contributions of members NDA (UK) was able to collect £
650.00. Dr P Thebe, NDA (UK) chairman has handed over NRs 72,500.00
to Rotary Club KTM west.

Natural and Human Resources Development Association ( NAHUDA )
Nepal Natural and Human Resources Development
Association (NAHUDA) is a national, non-profit, non governmental
organization" established in 1992 with a mission to develop human
resources to provide services in reproductive health, services to
women. Its main objective is to provide no-frills services in the
filed of women's health issues. They are concentrating on preventing
cervical and breast cancer by means of cervical smear screening and
propagating techniques to educate and promote self-breast screening.
NDA (UK) has been providing support to NAHUDA. This
year, Dr P Thebe, chairman (NDA,UK) in presence of executive member
Dr S Lohani, handed over a microscope and NRs 1,35,000.00
( collected in charity dinner 2010) to NAHUDA.
