NOTSS: Non-operative technical skills for surgeons

We are delighted to extend our wholehearted thanks to Mr Roland Fernandes, Consultant Upper GI Surgeon at EKHUFT, for delivering two outstanding and highly interactive NOTSS (Non-Technical Skills for Surgeons) sessions on Tuesday 9th and 16th December for two cohorts of MS students from the National Academy of Medical Sciences, Nepal, as part of their Basic Surgical Science Courses. The sessions, moderated by Mr Ashish Kiran Shrestha, NDAUK Chair-elect, were attended by nearly 80 post-graduate trainees and received excellent feedback.

Sincere thanks to Professor Dr Kishor Manandhar for coordinating this collaborative initiative with NDAUK. This “brain exchange” continues to be the focus of our growing partnership, with many more impactful programmes to continue in future.✨
